Mango Pineapple Salsa

- 2 large mangos, cut into ¼ inch pieces
- ½ fresh pineapple, cored and chopped into small pieces
- ½ cup Xagave
- 1 chopped sweet onion
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
- ¾ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
- 2 teaspoons toasted cumin seeds
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
- Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
