Kaniwah Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 3 sliced apples french fry style
- 4 peeled kiwi fruits and cut into cubes
- 3 heads fresh Romaine lettuce
- feta cheese or goat cheese
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 peeled, cored fresh pineapple cut in chunks
- 2 cups cooked kaniwah grain

- Dressing Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 pomigranite/blueberry omega swirl
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup Xagave
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce, place in large bowl, slice apples french fry style, do not peel or seed.
- Place apples in a bowl with pineapple, walnuts, raisins, and grain.
- Mix all dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Toss with salad and finish with feta cheese on a bed of romaine lettuce.
