Sweet Sticky Rice with Mangoes & Coconut Cream

- 2 cups warm cooked short grain brown rice,
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup coconut cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3-6 tablespoons sugar or Xagave
Instructions
- Combine coconut cream, salt and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring well to dissolve the sugar. Cover and remove from heat.
- Place rice and quinoa in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the coconut cream sauce and stir gently to blend. Cover with plastic wrap. Set aside for 30-40 minutes. Serve rice at room temperature with slices of fresh mango, and if desired sprinkle with sesame seeds.
