Roasted Paprika Turkey Potato Soup (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped turkey
- 4 yukon gold potatoes
- 1 garlic clove,minced
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup mixed frozen veggies
- 1/2 cup white quinoa
- 6 to 8 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons Roasted Spanish Paprika, Penzeys brand
- Salt and Pepper
- Ultra Gel for thickening or corn starch
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the pressure cooker except for the thickener. Cook for 6 minutes. Release pressure and thicken. Enjoy
