One of the Secrets to Kansan City Ribs is the rub and the other secret is the pressure cooker, it cooks them to perfection.

Kansas City Baby Back Ribs (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
  • For the Rub:
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • For the Ribs:
  • 2 slabs baby back ribs
  • 2 cups fresh made BBQ sauce
Instructions
  1. For the rub mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container.
  2. To cook the ribs, Place them in pressure cooker and pressure for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove ribs from cooker and top with Rub and bake in hot oven on convection roast until about 10 minutes. Top with BBQ sauce is desired. Place back in hot oven until bubbly.
