Great way to have a gluten free sandwich. I love waffle breads.
Brown Rice Waffles

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup long grain brown rice, cooked
- ¼ cup Xagave
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups freshly ground long grain brown rice
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the ingredients in the order listed.
- Spray the waffle iron with non stick spray or brush with melted butter.
- Ladle in batter to waffle iron and cook to your manufactures instructions.
