Great way to have a gluten free sandwich. I love waffle breads.

Brown Rice Waffles

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup Melted butter
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup long grain brown rice, cooked
  • ¼ cup Xagave
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups freshly ground long grain brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl whisk together the ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Spray the waffle iron with non stick spray or brush with melted butter.
  3. Ladle in batter to waffle iron and cook to your manufactures instructions.
