Brown Rice Sweet Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sweet brown rice
  • 3 ½ cups of water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls of coconut oil
  • ¼ cup Xagave
Instructions
  1. In an electric pressure cooker add in the rice, water, and salt.
  2. Cook at high pressure for 12 minutes.
  3. When finished, mix in the oil and Xagave.
  4. If you’d like, add in raisins or fresh fruit.
