Sprouted Barley Breakfast Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 cups sprouted, steamed barley
  • 
2 bananas cut
  • 1 fresh pineapple chopped
  • 3 apples chopped
  • mango chopped
  • cantaloupe chopped
  • 
fresh berries
  • 
Dressing ingredients
:
  • 1/3 cup Xagave
  • 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil or, pomegranit/blueberry omega swirl
 Barleans
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsps ground ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Then combine salad dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Pour over salad and toss.
  4. Serve on sprouted barley pancakes.
