This recipes is easy and wonderful! I love to use Honeyville’s Freeze Dried berries.
Whole Grain Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt (I love to use the yogurt made in my Fagor Pressure Cooker, on the yogurt setting)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons agave
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons melted butter or oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups fresh ground spelt flour (or your favorite flour, fresh ground in your WonderMill)
Instructions
- Sift together all dry ingredients and set aside.
- In mixer, add yogurt, agave, vanilla, and butter/oil. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients. Mix quickly. Don’t over mix.
- Scoop out onto a hot griddle.
- Sprinkle with freeze dried berries.
- Turn over when light brown.
- Top with agave. Enjoy!
**Chef Brad Tip**
Kefir works really well in this recipe. For a gluten free version, simply use any whole grain, or a blend of three!
