Whipped Ginger Apple Salad (Pantry Members)

- 4 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- Fresh micro-planed ginger
- Teaspoon vanilla

- 4 bananas
- 4 apples
- 2 fresh mangoes
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup cooked grain
Instructions
- Whip cream with sugar, fresh ginger, sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Slice bananas, apples, and mangoes. Place in large bowl and add cranberries, and nuts. Mix all together. Top with coconut and chopped nuts.
