Sour Dough Feta Bread (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sour dough starter
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup teff
  • 1.5 cups hot water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 3 to 5 cups natural white flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients in WonderMix bowl except the white flour.
  3. Turn on machine and add more white flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead for 6 minutes.
  4. Remove from bowl divide into 2 or 3 pieces.
  5. Roll dough out into circles.
  6. Place on parchment paper and cover and let rise.
  7. After dough has risen, using fingers, make indents all over surface of bread.
  8. Brush liberally with olive oil.
  9. Sprinkle with rosemary and kosher salt.
  10. Bake until golden.
