Pistachio Breading (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups pistachio
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup crackers, Ritz or any gluten free flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until fine.
  2. To bread chicken or pork, toss in flour, than beaten eggs, and than the pistachio breading. Do not place chicken or pork into the whole container of breading. Take out a portion and add to it as needed.
