Pistachio Breading (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
- 2 cups pistachio
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup crackers, Ritz or any gluten free flour
- 2 tablespoons dry rosemary
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and process until fine.
- To bread chicken or pork, toss in flour, than beaten eggs, and than the pistachio breading. Do not place chicken or pork into the whole container of breading. Take out a portion and add to it as needed.
