Halfway Blender Rice Apple Cakes (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet brown rice*
- ½ cup golden flax seed*
- 4 cups milk, soy milk, or rice milk.
- 2 medium sized apples, cut into sections, no need to remove seeds or skin.
Instructions
- In a large blender or Vita Mix* place the above ingredients and blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from blender and place in large bowl.
- After blending the above ingredients and placing them in a large bowl add the following ingredients and whisk well. If mixture is to thin add any gluten free flour to tighten it up a bit.
- eggs
- teaspoon salt
- tablespoons oil
- dash vanilla
- dash cinnamon
- After whisking well add the following ingredient and whisk quickly and remove whisk from bowl. Let rise and gently remove batter from bowl with a ladle unto a hot griddle or hot waffle iron.
