Halfway Blender Rice Apple Cakes (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sweet brown rice*
  • ½ cup golden flax seed*
  • 4 cups milk, soy milk, or rice milk.
  • 2 medium sized apples, cut into sections, no need to remove seeds or skin.
Instructions
  1. In a large blender or Vita Mix* place the above ingredients and blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from blender and place in large bowl.
  2. After blending the above ingredients and placing them in a large bowl add the following ingredients and whisk well. If mixture is to thin add any gluten free flour to tighten it up a bit.
  3. eggs
  4. teaspoon salt
  5. tablespoons oil
  6. dash vanilla
  7. dash cinnamon
  8. After whisking well add the following ingredient and whisk quickly and remove whisk from bowl. Let rise and gently remove batter from bowl with a ladle unto a hot griddle or hot waffle iron.
