Pistachio Breaded Chicken Breast (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 sprigs of parsley
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until almost bread crumb consistency. Set aside
- In separate bowl whisk three eggs.
- In another bowl place 1 cup flour.
- Place boneless breast of chicken in flour, then eggs, then nut mixture. Place on a parchment paper and bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
