Cranberry Spice Bread

Ingredients
- 6 cups hot water (110 degrees)
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 2 T. salt
- 2 t. Watkins vanilla
- 3 T. dough enhancer
- 3 T. Saf instant yeast
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 6 (or more) cups high gluten white flour
- 3 cups dried cranberries (or raisins)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, placing yeast on last, to WonderMix mixer. Start mixing adding flour until dough pull away from sides of bowl. Mix for 6 minutes. Place in bread pans and let rise to top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Bread thermometer should read 180 degrees.
