Cranberry Spice Bread

Serves: 5 loaves
Ingredients
  • 6 cups hot water (110 degrees)
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 T. salt
  • 2 t. Watkins vanilla
  • 3 T. dough enhancer
  • 3 T. Saf instant yeast
  • 1/2 t. nutmeg
  • 2 t. cinnamon
  • 6 (or more) cups high gluten white flour
  • 3 cups dried cranberries (or raisins)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, placing yeast on last, to WonderMix mixer. Start mixing adding flour until dough pull away from sides of bowl. Mix for 6 minutes. Place in bread pans and let rise to top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Bread thermometer should read 180 degrees.
