Quinoa Rice-A-Roni in the Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup white quinoa
- 1 cup pasta, small
- 1 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- In large pressure cooker add oil and sugar.
- Heat until sugar is brown and bubbly.
- Add quinoa and rise.
- Toast until golden brown.
- Add add remaining ingredients and place lid on cooker.
- Cook for 6 minutes and let pressure release naturally.
