Wonderful Fudge (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
- 18 oz. Chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 pint (16 oz.) marshmallow cream
- 2 cups nuts
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 pound butter (2 cubes)
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated canned milk
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, nuts, coconut and vanilla in WonderMix Mixer bowl with whips.
- Place the butter, sugar and canned milk in a tall heavy-duty pan.
- Bring to boil stirring until it comes to a complete boil on medium heat. Boil without stirring for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes pour on top of the ingredients in your Bosch bowl. Whip for a few minutes. Pour on a lightly buttered cookie sheet. Allow to cool. Cut into squares and eat.
- For a wonderful change, omit the coconut and add 2 teaspoons orange oil.
- (One of the secrets of making candy is to use a heavy-duty pan with a thick bottom. This usually keeps the candy from burning)
