Fruit Cream (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen fruit
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons berry extract
  • 1/2 cup Ultra Gel
  • pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Heat milk and sugar until dissolved. Place in freezer adding the rest of the ingredients. Pack with ice and rock salt. Freeze until frozen. Enjoy.
