Fruit Cream (Pantry Members)

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh or frozen fruit
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 1 quart half and half
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons berry extract
- 1/2 cup Ultra Gel
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Heat milk and sugar until dissolved. Place in freezer adding the rest of the ingredients. Pack with ice and rock salt. Freeze until frozen. Enjoy.
