Sprouted Barley Blender Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 whole banana
  • 2 cups sprouted barley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons oils
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 
1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 
1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup wonder flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
  1. In a blender mix the milk, banana, and sprouted barley for three minutes.
  2. Stop the blender and add the eggs, salt, oil vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon, and Wonder Flour.
  3. Blend for 20 seconds.
  4. Stop the blender and add one tablespoon baking powder.
  5. Pulse the blender three times.
  6. Mixture will foam.
  7. Cook on hot griddle @ 375-400 degrees.
