Red Pepper Farro Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Farro
- 2 cups Farro flour
- 4 cups hot water
- 1 cup sour dough starter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 9 cups of white flour
- 3 tablespoons yeast
Instructions
- Place cooked farro and farro flour in WonderMix bowl with water, sour dough starter, olive oil, sugar, salt, cheese, roasted peppers, and 5 cups of white flour.
- Place yeast on top of flour and turn on mixer.
- Add enough remaining flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- Mix for six minutes. Remove from bowl and divide into loaves.
- Let rise until double in size.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes, dropping the temperature to 325 degrees for the remaining time. Internal temperature should be 210 degrees.
