Christmas Cinnamon Kettle Corn

Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place oil in a stove top popper, like a Whirly Pop Popcorn Popper, and add the kernels.
- Stir on high heat. When corn starts to pop quickly open the lid and add the sugar and cinnamon.
- Close lid and continue to stir until the popping stops.
- Dump popped corn into a large bowl and enjoy.
