Nothing like kettle corm for the holidays and with the stove top popper it is easy as can be.

Christmas Cinnamon Kettle Corn

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place oil in a stove top popper, like a Whirly Pop Popcorn Popper, and add the kernels.
  2. Stir on high heat. When corn starts to pop quickly open the lid and add the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Close lid and continue to stir until the popping stops.
  4. Dump popped corn into a large bowl and enjoy.
