Millet Hot Breakfast Delight

  • 1 cup Millet
  • 2 cup water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ cup Xagave
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil
  • ½ cup Peaches, canned
  1. In pressure cooker or on stove top add the water, millet, and a pinch of salt. Bring it to a boil, and then drop to a simmer. Cook for 6-10 minutes on stove top or 4 minutes in pressure cooker.
  2. Stir in the Xagave, and coconut oil. Serve with diced peaches on top.
