Gluten-Free Whole Grain Gravy

  • 2 TBL Butter
  • 2 TBL Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Gluten-Free WonderFlour
  • Chicken Broth (vegetable or beef)
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Heat butter and olive oil in pan.
  2. Add flour. Whisk and toast up.
  3. Add broth till to the right consistency.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir until thickened.
You can also use regular WonderFlour or other whole grain flour.
