Classes for November 6th & 7th in Rexburg, Idaho
Come Hungry to learn and eat. Chef Brad’s Classes are packed with information and learning. Each class there will be plenty to eat and plenty of time for questions and answers. A Chef Brad Event is really a life changing Experience. This is Chef Brad’s personal guarantee.
Classes are $40 per class. Package deal for all classes in $160 and includes a free cookbook. If you are bringing a guest to the class on Friday night it is $40 for your guest.

Friday November 6th Classes
11am Sourdough Class
Learn all about sourdough bread baking. This class will cover setting up your starter and mixing the doughs. We will be making sourdough breads and other amazing sourdough products in this class. Grains and wonderful hints on how to make successful great sourdough breads. Make sure you take the Saturday class. The Saturday class will finish up what we have done in the Friday Class and More.
2pm Pressure Cooking Class
There is always more to learn about pressure cooking. Come prepared to learn new ideas and new recipes for your instantpot/pressure cooker.
7pm Hands-On Dinner Class
This is a hands on dining event, where you will be cooking under the direction of Chef Brad. This is his favorite way to teach and inspire the importance of bringing people together in the kitchen for connection, community, and conversation.
Saturday November 7th Classes
10am Sourdough Class
We will finish up so many things learned the day before in this sourdough class. It is important that you take both classes. We will also do other great sourdough recipes in this class.
1pm Holiday Cooking Class
It is time for the holiday’s to begin. Come prepared to enjoy some amazing holiday sides dishes and other great holiday cooking ideas that will make your holiday season perfect. We will discuss how to have a gluten free holiday in this class. So both gluten free and gluten will be on the menu.
The Value of a Chef Brad Class
A recent conversation prompted me to write down a few thoughts about my classes vs. other cooking classes. I charge $40 a person per class at a Chef Brad Event. I have priced classes at other venues and they start a lot higher and often only offer selected items and the class is done.
A Chef Brad class in not only about cooking, It’s a class about life style, health and wellness, and education. I take time in each class to instruct about each ingredient and each process so that when you leave you not only know the recipe you have a greater understanding of the process and the ingredients.
The added benefit is of course the food. Normally there are minimum of 3 recipes and often times it goes up. I have a hard time deciding what to teach so I just keep adding.
For me offering a quality life changing experience comes first and foremost. Yes I do this to make a living, but I never compromise the experience for the dollar I could save.
I work hard creating fun things to offer at the events and the WonderMill company has been amazing in giving away a mixer at each event for some one.
