Spelt Peanut Butter Cookies |

- 1 cup butter, soft
- 1.5 cups Xagave
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 Reeses Peanut Butter new Candy Bars, not the round ones. Chopped in pieces
- 4 cups fresh ground spelt flour or WonderFlourâ„¢
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Whip butter, peanut butter, and Xagave together, add eggs and vanilla and whip until creamy.
- Add Flour, salt, and soda.
- Mix well add most of the chopped candy bars saving some to sprinkle on top.
- Scoop onto parchment covered cake pan and bake for 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- They can even be better frosted with a butter cream frosting.
- Chocolate of course.
