Mango Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 large mangos, cut into ¼ inch pieces
  • ½ fresh pineapple, cored and chopped into small pieces
  • ½ cup Xagave
  • 1 chopped sweet onion
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons toasted cumin seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
  • Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
