- 1 cup cracked kamut
- 4 cups of water
- Coconut oil
- Slivered almonds
- Dried fruit such as blueberries, cranberries, cherries, plums
- Brown Sugar
- Xagave Nectar
- Cook the cereal according to package directions. I like to cook hot cereals at a four to one ration. I bring it to a boil, drop to simmer for 15 minutes. Whisk well When cooked, stir in coconut oil, almonds, fruit, and sugars to the hot cereal.
