Christmas Baked Brie

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, un-frozen (keep refrigerated, but take out about 10-20 minutes before using. It needs to be manageable, but not too warm.)
  • 1 medium round of Brie
  • ½ cup fig jam or spread
  • ¼ cup cashews (roasted)
  1. Unfold puff pastry.
  2. In the middle, place the fig jam or spread, cashews, and cheese round.
  3. Fold sides of dough up, over, and around the sides of the cheese.
  4. Turn over onto a sheet pan so the folds are on the bottom.
  5. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
