- 1 cup sour dough starter
- 3 cups hot water
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup teff
- 1 cup fresh ground pop corn
- 5 to 7 cups high gluten white flour
- 4 tablespoons Saf instant yeast
- Place all ingredients in WonderMix mixer bowl adding only half the white flour and placing the yeast on top of the flour.
- Turn on mixer and add more flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- Let dough rise and than divide and roll into pizza.
- Top with desired sauce and topping.
- Bake in oven on hot pizza stone until done.
