Crispy Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup sour dough starter
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup teff
  • 1 cup fresh ground pop corn
  • 5 to 7 cups high gluten white flour
  • 4 tablespoons Saf instant yeast
  1. Place all ingredients in WonderMix mixer bowl adding only half the white flour and placing the yeast on top of the flour.
  2. Turn on mixer and add more flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  3. Let dough rise and than divide and roll into pizza.
  4. Top with desired sauce and topping.
  5. Bake in oven on hot pizza stone until done.
