Cherry or Strawberry Ice Cream (dairy free) |

- 1 quart almond milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 quart rice dream
- 1 soft tofu - 12 oz. package
- ½ gallon Cherries with juice (6 cups) or 1 quart fresh Strawberries pureed
- 1 tablespoon Watkins vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Strawberry extract
- 2 teaspoon Lecithin powder (makes it more creamy)
- ½ cup Ultra Gel
- Blend Tofu with Rice Dream.
- Add with rest of ingredients to White Mountain Ice Cream Freezer.
- Freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
