WonderFlour Pie Dough

Ingredients
  • 2 cubes of butter, 1 cup cut into squares
  • 3 cups WonderFlourâ„¢
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • about ⅓ cup chilled waters
Instructions
  1. Place dry ingredients in the food processor and pulse.
  2. Add butter and pulse until mixture forms pea-sized bits.
  3. Add egg and pulse lightly.
  4. Continue to pulse adding water in small amounts until dough starts to form a ball.
  5. Remove from processor, divide into 2 pieces and form into round flat balls.
  6. Place in frig and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Roll out on flour and place in pie pan.
