Sprouted Barley Blender Pancakes |

- 2½ cups milk
- 1 whole banana
- 2 cups sprouted barley
- 2 eggs
- ½ tablespoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons oils
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup wonder flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- In a blender mix the milk, banana, and sprouted barley for three minutes.
- Stop the blender and add the eggs, salt, oil vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon, and Wonder Flour.
- Blend for 20 seconds.
- Stop the blender and add one tablespoon baking powder.
- Pulse the blender three times.
- Mixture will foam.
- Cook on hot griddle @ 375-400 degrees.
