| Freekah Apple Blender Pancakes |

Ingredients
- 2½ cups milk
- 1 whole apple
- 2 cups freekah
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- In blender, add first 3 ingredients and mix on high for 3 minutes or until you can't hear the grain anymore.
- Then stop blender and add the next 5 ingredients and blend for 20 seconds.
- Then stop your blender and add the baking powder and pulse 3 times.
- Mixture will foam up.
- Cook on a 375-400 degree hot griddle.
- For lactose free use soy milk or tofu drink mix in place of liquid.
