Black Quinoa Banana Bread |

- 6 ripe bananas (mashed)
- ¾ cup butter or coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1½ cups buttermilk
- 1½ cups Xagave or 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups WonderFlour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups cooked black quinoa
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Cream together bananas and butter.
- Add the baking soda to the buttermilk
- Add the buttermilk and sugar to the butter and banana mixture.
- Add flour, salt, quinoa and nuts.
- Mix well and bake in greased or sprayed pans.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
