- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- ⅓ cup Xagave
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1½ tablespoons saf instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup sprouted Barley
- 3 to 5 cups bread flour
- Place all ingredients in WonderMix bowl, placing the yeast on top and using only half the flour.
- Turn on mixer and add flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- Mix for six minutes.
- Remove from bowl and form into 2 free standing loaves or cook small pieces in flat bread maker.
