Southern Black Eyed Peas Soup |

- 1 onion, diced
- 1 slice bacon or pancetta, diced
- 2 ½ cups black eyed peas, dried
- ½ cup millet
- 4 cups stock
- 4 cups water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ Tablespoon pepper
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Splash balsamic vinegar
- Dash of Tabasco (optional)
- In a pressure cooker brown the bacon or pancetta with the onion. Add in everything else and pressure on high for 20 minutes.
