Gorgonzola Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • ⅔ cup white wine vinegar OR white balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup gorgonzola cheese
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Toss with salad.
