- 2 cups olive oil
- ⅔ cup white wine vinegar OR white balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup gorgonzola cheese
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Toss with salad.
