Yes, more and more research is coming out on the benefits of how whole grains help in every part of creating a healthy body. From keeping the colon clean to lowering high body fat, whole grains are proving to be amazing. One recent study stated that if we would eat 6 to 11 servings of whole grains each week, we could cut in half all the inflamitory dieases. Amazing.
What is go great about pressure cooking?
Pressure cooking is so wonderful. I love it because it saves time and foods actually taste better when cooked in a pressure cooker. I don't know how today's busy mothers can survive without a pressure cooker. They are one of the things I think you cannot live without if you want to prepare healty foods, quickly for your family.
