The Remodel Progresses

In the middle of a remodel we start to wonder what have we done. No place to cook and no sink to wash in and it never goes as planned. But I keep my eye on the end and cannot help but be excited. I mentioned that the steam oven was my motivation, it has grown to having a complete Thermador Kitchen. Why not have my dream kitchen especially when Thermador will help out with the cost. I guess if I am the national spokesperson for them I should have a Thermador Kitchen at home as well as at work. So the fun begins, not only am I getting a Steam Convection Oven, I will also have a new Pro Wall Oven that does it all, a wonderful warming drawer, and the most amazing Induction Sensor cooktop in the world. The induction can bring water to boil in seconds and is the most energy effectent cooktop on the market today. I AM SO EXCITED AND I LOVE THERMADOR. THis kitchen is going to be amazing. My one butt kitchen will still be small, but boy will it be a work horse. I have decided to do a show titled "Chef Brad at Home". So stay tuned to BYU-TV to see me cooking in my new kitchen.

Hi Brad, My husband has been so interested in Grains, and now he is hooked on your show, and we are now eating more grains. HE has now started to make Pizza from scratch, and I never know what is IN or ON his homemade Pizzas. We are really eating much healthier now because of you.....OH though, I wish I could cut out my downfall.....ICE CREAM....KEEP up the GREAT WORK/SHOW. Chef Brad - several years ago - we remodeled our kitchen and had a Thermador Microwave, Convectional, etc. oven and a warming drawer installed. The warming drawer was worth the price alone. Love it, love it, love it!!! I'm so excited for you and am looking forward to reading all about the finished product. Enjoy! Susan
