Soup Season is here.
I hope you are taking time to get the recipe of the day at www.chefbrad.com. Each day for the next two weeks I am adding a completly new recipe for a soup. Print them up and enjoy them. We just added a new feature this year, the ability to print the recipe. Great new function.
Any way, I love soups and love preparing them. They are amazing and so easy. Complete meals in minutes. A good soup and fresh baked bread really make any meal a gourmet experience.

Candice Olson
Life is great, you never know who you will meet. Last week Candice Olson from Divine Design stopped in BSH in Scottsdale Az. She just happens to love Thermador products and stopped in to entertain a design group. She was lovely, a pure pleasure to meet. You never know with the celebraties just how nice they will be. She was amazing, one classy person. And I have to say I love her taste in kitchen products.

Wonderful Week
Wow, I just had an amazing week in Taylor/Snowflake teaching classes. I really enjoyed those who attended classes. Was so much fun. A really great group of people. It was so nice up there, cool in the evenings. I have an amazing job. I love teaching and meeting so many wonderful people. The grains classes were really great, and we also did a herb and pressure cooking class and a wonderful bread class. Sure was fun. It looks like we are planning for another series next year. Will be great. Getting ready for Glendora California and San Clemente area in two weeks. I can hardly wait. If you have friends in those areas give them a call.
Be sure and try the recipe of the week. Especially if you love great Italian food and have a electric pressure cooker. It is amazing. I am going to change the recipe by thursday so do it quickly. Chef Brad

Good to be home
I had a wonderful time in Utah, but it is good to be home. Education week was amazing. I had a wonderful time teaching classes and taking classes. I always learn so much. I am excited for the upcoming months. California is coming up in September and this week I travel to Snowflake/Taylor for classes. It will be great. If you know anyone in the area let them know I am coming there to teach classes. The classes are packed with knowledge and information. Plus they will want to enter the drawing for free great prizes.
On another note, I am excited, gardening seasoning is coming soon. I am getting my square food areas ready for the new season. Will be great. Don't forget to sign up for the fall garden party. Those are always so fun. Have a great day, Chef Brad.
