Teff Salad Dressing and Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- Fresh Lettuce, romaine or leafy lettuce, washed and spun dry
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh blackberries
- Cashew nuts, whole
- -
- Dressing:
- ½ cup *fig balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup *lemon infused olive oil
- ½ cup flax oil
- ¼ cup Xagave
- ½ cup whole grain teff, golden or brown your choice
Instructions
- Wash lettuce and place in a large bowl and top with fruit and nuts. Whisk together ingredients for dressing and pour over salad.
