Sprouted Barley Breakfast Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups sprouted, steamed barley
- 2 bananas cut
- 1 fresh pineapple chopped
- 3 apples chopped
- mango chopped
- cantaloupe chopped
- fresh berries

- Dressing ingredients :
- ⅓ cup Xagave
- ⅓ cup white balsamic vinegar
- ⅓ cup coconut oil or, pomegranit/blueberry omega swirl Barleans
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tsps ground ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Then combine salad dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
- Pour over salad and toss.
- Serve on sprouted barley pancakes.
