Sprouted Barley Bread

Serves: 2 loaves or 24 flat breads
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • ⅓ cup Xagave
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • 1½ tablespoons saf instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup sprouted Barley
  • 3 to 5 cups bread flour
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in WonderMix bowl, placing the yeast on top and using only half the flour.
  2. Turn on mixer and add flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  3. Mix for six minutes.
  4. Remove from bowl and form into 2 free standing loaves or cook small pieces in flat bread maker.
