10 Grain Whole Wheat Bread Whole grain breads are so amazing and this recipe is great! If it is too grainy, soak the grains in hot water first.

Basic Whole Wheat Bread This is a tried and true recipe that always works. I use the Bosch mixer for the best results. In fact the serious bread maker really needs a Bosch. You can have 5 loaves done in 1 hour and 10 minutes from start to finish.

Sour Dough Black Quinoa Bread This is a wonderful artisian bread with the wonderful black quiona that gives the bread a lovely texture and look.

Pasta Under Pressure Sausage and Pasta or Chicken and Pasta These are simple pressure cooker recipes using the electric pressure cooker. It works well because of the not stick qualities and the controlled heating. It cuts the time way down when cooking pastas. No need to precook the pasta, just throw it in and cook for 6 minutes and it is done.

To start I always turn on the pressure cooker to sauté. This is 2 recipes. To make the chicken one do the "or" to do the sausage one do everything in the left. Two meals completely different taste.

White Quinoa Meat Loaf Meat loaf is a comfort food, and this recipe pushes it over the top.

Cinnamon Rolls In memory of my mother June Sheral Theabold, who passed away on April 30, 2010. She made the best cinnamon rolls and set the standard for me of what a cinnamon roll should be. I personally think that a cinnamon roll should not be healthy. Its a contradiction. A cinnamon roll should be gooey, sticky, and buttery. If you want a healthy one, you should not be eating them. Some things just were not meant to be healthy. In loving memory of my mother. Enjoy.
